Naval and Military Officials and Diplomats in Shanghai,

Dorhara and Yiu mang Yam were also present and the latter
acted as interpreter in the conversation between Dorhara and
Sir clark kerr. Sir clark Kerr left Shanghai for Hong Kong
by steamer yesterday morning. Dorhara instructed Yiu to
follow him to Hong Kong by plane. It is not known whether

the intention is to spy on his movements or not. Please pay

On or about the 23rd or 24th October a Japanese military
Attache was found spying on the British military works on the
Kowloon border. The British troops fired at the military
attache who was wounded and is now undergoing treatment in a
Japanese hospital in Hong Kong.

A Russian named kedrolivansky nas proceeded to nong Kong,
This Russian has been working for the Japanese for nearly 15
years. His mission in Hong Kong and Canton is to undertake
investigating and reporting to the Japanese on the following:-
1. How the chinese transport their arms.
2. What foreign firms supply the Chinese with arms.
3.
Who is the representative of the Chinese Govt. in Hongkong.
4.
How money and arms are transported.
5. Recent conditions in Kwangtung.
NO.116 dated 18/2. Espionage.
A European named Selen residing at the Museum and another
Englishman, name not given, are Trotskyists.
They are connect-
ed with the Chinese Trotskyists in Shanghai and are supplying
the Japanese with intelligence reports.
